Design aid for LED lighting
In the Workplace Ordinance A3.4, there are exact specifications for the lighting intensity for workplaces, as well as in DIN EN 12464-1. In the examples below, we will discuss various work areas and explain them in connection with KSP to go® LED. With the KSP to go® LED luminaires at room heights of up to 6 m, you always achieve a cost-effective and usually sufficient lighting. Talk to your customer about the exact activities carried out in the rooms / halls and be sure to inform yourself which regulations have to be applied. Your customer may be using additional luminaires in areas with higher requirements, e.g. Task lights.
According to DIN EN 12464-1, a minimum lighting intensity of 100 Lux is required for storage and storage spaces, 150 Lux for handling paths with staff traffic and 300 Lux for shipping and packaging areas.
